Developed explicitly to facilitate the management and accessibility of digitized hard-copy documents and computer generated report records.

Its’ design architecture is based on MS Windows platform to facilitate the ability of an end user to readily master the features and functions of the DI.MARS™ 32 system.

The user can be limited to “Read Only access”, or provided “Open access” which enables a user to copy, print, fax, and e-mail documents stored in electronic file folders and/or extracts from electronic report records without leaving their desktop.

Document access is based upon client selected predefined index elements.

User access is controlled by assigned security level and password.
