Data Image Processing Corporation (DIPC) has all the necessary safeguards, and has taken every step to secure the privacy of our client organization’s files including compliance and certification with the Department of Commerce Safe Harbor.

DIPC, its’ affiliates, employees, and contract staff understand that their sole purpose and concern is the conversion of the paper documents and electronic file information to digital image. The above parties understand that the content of any and all documents, electronic data and other related information is to be treated as strictly confidential proprietary or legally privileged information. The aforementioned information is not to be copied, reproduced, sold, assigned, transferred or otherwise disposed of given or disclosed to third parties or used for any purposes whatsoever.

Such information is not to be used for any purpose other than performing the functions to complete the project work DIPC was contracted for. Any and all of the above mentioned or part thereof client information or portion thereof can not be used or disclosed or distributed in any form either directly, or indirectly through an agent, associate or broker to any third party unless authorized in writing by the owner of said information.

Your files cannot be accessed from an outside source. Only authorized persons as identified by our clients can request your information, which will be faxed, mailed, or hand delivered to your offices appropriately addressed. At DIPC, the security of your organization's records is one of our most important priorities.
